How it works

From your worst manual workflow to a working agent.

Four stages, no procurement theatre. The target is the whole process closed inside three to four weeks of the first call — build, pilot and production.

The four stages

01

30 minutes

Discovery call

You share your screen and walk us through the workflow as you actually do it — the inbox, the copy-paste, the spreadsheet nobody admits to. We ask about volume, edge cases, and who currently catches mistakes. No deck.

You leave with

A plain answer on whether this is automatable, roughly what it costs, and which workflow to start with.

02

Under a week

Scoping & build

Most first builds are ready inside a week. We connect to your real systems in a sandbox, build against your real documents, and map to your field names. If something about your setup will push that out, we say so before we start rather than after.

You leave with

A scoped build with a fixed fee, a named approval rule set, and a date.

03

Pilot · 1–2 weeks

Pilot behind approval gates

The agent runs alongside your existing process. Every write waits for a person. You compare what it proposed against what your team would have done — that comparison is how trust gets earned, and it's the only honest way to buy this.

You leave with

Real accuracy numbers on your own documents, and time saved measured against a baseline.

04

Ongoing

Production & iteration

Once the numbers hold, you loosen the gates on the cases you're confident about and keep them on the rest. We monitor, fix, and extend as your process changes. Gates only ever loosen with your sign-off.

You leave with

A running agent, a monthly retainer that covers it, and a shortlist of the next workflow.

Against the alternatives

Traditional implementation

  1. Mo 1–2Requirements gathering, vendor selection
  2. Mo 3–5Configuration against a fixed template
  3. Mo 6–8UAT, change requests, re-scoping
  4. Mo 9+Go-live on a process that changed since month one

OpsVera

  1. Day 030-minute live workflow walkthrough
  2. Wk 1Agent built against your real documents and systems
  3. Wk 2–3Pilot with every write gated by a person
  4. Wk 4Production, with gates loosened only where you say so

Start with the workflow you'd be embarrassed to show us.
