Who this is about

This notice covers opsvera.work, the OpsVera marketing website, and the enquiries people send through it. OpsVera is the data controller for that information. You can reach us at hello@opsvera.work.

It does not cover data processed inside a client engagement. That is governed by the agreement signed for the engagement and by the handling described on our security page — tenant isolation, audit logging, retention windows you set, and model providers disclosed in the build scope.

What we collect, and why

We collect three things, and only these three.

  • Contact form submissions. If you use the form on our contact page we receive the name, company, work email, workflow description and systems you enter. They are emailed to us and used to prepare for and reply to your enquiry. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has asked us to get in touch.
  • Bookings. If you schedule a call through the embedded scheduler, the details you give the scheduler — name, email, timezone and anything you type into the booking notes — are processed to hold that meeting.
  • Aggregate traffic — none, currently. This site runs no analytics at all: no cookies, no identifiers, no third-party scripts. If that changes we will name the tool here, and it will be a cookieless one.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your information, we do not share it with advertisers, we do not use it to train any model, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in the contact form. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this website.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of providers, each processing data on our behalf under their own terms:

  • Resend — delivers contact form enquiries to our inbox as email.
  • Cal.com — scheduling for the 30-minute workflow call.
  • Vercel — hosting and content delivery for this website.

Where it is processed

This website is served from a global content delivery network, so a request may be handled in a region near you. Enquiries reach our own inbox. Where a transfer leaves your region, it relies on the transfer mechanisms our providers operate, such as standard contractual clauses.

Client workflow data is different, and deliberately so: hosting region is selected per client — EU, US or Middle East — as described on our security page.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we are in conversation with you about the workflow you described, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick the thread back up. If a conversation clearly ends, we delete it. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data and are retained indefinitely in aggregate form.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can email hello@opsvera.work and ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, send you a copy, delete it, or stop using it. We will do it, and we will not make you explain why.

If you are in the UK, the EU or another region with equivalent law, those are your rights to access, rectification, portability, erasure, restriction and objection, and you may also complain to your local supervisory authority. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Enquiries are held in our email system with access limited to the people who need to answer them. We are not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified today and say so plainly on our security page.

Children

This is a business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant and we hold your contact details, we will tell you.
