Scope

These terms cover your use of opsvera.work. By browsing the site you accept them. They are short because the site does very little: it describes what we build, and it lets you start a conversation.

They do not cover an OpsVera engagement. A build and its retainer are governed entirely by the separate written agreement signed for that engagement, and if anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

Nothing here is an offer

This site has no signup, no trial and no checkout. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract between us. Scope, fees, timelines and terms are agreed in writing before any work starts.

Submitting the contact form or booking a call places no obligation on either of us. You are asking for a conversation; we are agreeing to have one.

Accuracy of what we say here

We keep the descriptions on this site accurate and current, including the parts that say what we have not done yet. Where we describe build durations, accuracy, or what an agent does, we mean it as a fair description of typical work — not a guarantee about yours.

The figures that apply to you are the ones quoted after a discovery call and measured on your own documents. Where this site says we are not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified, that is a current statement of fact and we will update it with a date when it changes.

The example content is illustrative

The agent panel on the homepage, the sample documents, references, timestamps and confidence scores in it, and the company names used in examples are illustrative. They are not real client data and do not depict a real customer.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without telling us, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use the contact form to send unsolicited marketing. Responsible security reports are welcome and should go to the address below.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design and code of this site belong to OpsVera. You are welcome to quote from it or link to it with attribution. Please do not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

Third-party names used on this site — including systems we integrate with and the products we compare ourselves against — belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and honest comparison only. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Third-party services

The booking scheduler is embedded from a third party and the contact form is delivered by one. Their availability and their own terms are outside our control. If either is down, email us instead.

Availability and liability

This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it or relying on it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Privacy

What we collect through this site, who processes it, and how to have it deleted are set out in our privacy notice.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when we last did, and the version published here is the one that applies.
